Ok, I am 5'3, 130 . I normally wear a small in tops-I am busty as well-I wear 10-12 in pants. I am a tad plump. This fits perfectly. The sleeves are not tight, they are very loose. It falls just to my hips, a bit longer in the back just to the curve of my bottom. It can be dressed up or down.
